Lincoln Industries Learning and Development Manager, Mike Milbourn, has been certified in Developing and Implementing the Outward Mindset and Outward Mindset Skills for Leaders. Milbourn is able to facilitate the Outward Mindset training at Lincoln Industries allowing people to focus on how to apply the learning to make changes that last and help our organization succeed.
This allows the people of Lincoln Industries to know they have an open environment to share ideas, challenges, and feedback. It empowers people to excel in their jobs and collaborate with others. It also helps managers to foster successful environments and make better decisions for their people and the organization.
Milbourn joined Lincoln Industries in March of 2015 and directs the planning, development, implementation and administration of all learning and development programs and initiatives. Before Lincoln Industries, he served in multiple leadership roles at Ameritas.
