SUMMARY: Assembles fabricated parts from relatively small or light components to completed units.
WAGE TYPE: Hourly
FLSA Exemption: Non-exempt

Use hands, hand tools, and small power tools to assemble units.

Follow established safety procedures and work instructions to perform the functions of the job.

Perform final inspection of completed assemblies.

Package completed assemblies.

Involve in maintaining inventory accuracy of parts and finished goods.

Ability to run forklift

Participate in root cause analysis on quality issues

Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.

Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

Reports to: Assembly Team Leader
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.
Education and/or Experience:

Expected: Six months related experience or training.

Preferred: One-year experience or related training.
Communication Skills:

Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
Physical Requirements:

Corrected vision and dexterous use of both hands.

Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
Oher Skills:

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
