SUMMARY: Assist with the research, development and marketing of potential services offered through Lincoln Industries’ internal Learning and Development Department (Vision College). Involvement with community events such as college fairs – to continue to educate the community on Lincoln Industries.


WAGE TYPE: Hourly
FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt

  • This role will conduct research and make recommendations on:
    • Online training programs
    • Return of Investment (ROI) for current and potential development offerings
    • Social Media (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Assist with the development of new training offerings
  • Assist with revamping the Vision College Brand and the People Brand for Lincoln Industries
  • Actively involved with the community through careerfairs, informational meetings, etc to promote Lincoln Industries
  • Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
  • Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

  • Reports to: Selection, Learning and Development Manager


QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Expected: Sophomore, Junior or Senior – Human Resources or Business Administration degree
