SUMMARY: Work with the operations team to establish standard cost setup, validation and assisting with documentation of our process cycle time & manpower requirements.

WAGE TYPE: Hourly
FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt

  • Perform time studies and cycle time verification.
  • Assist with Standard Cost setup and validation.
  • Assist with operations leadership for process improvements on the production floor.
  • Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
  • Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

  • Reports to: Director of Operations

QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Expected: Junior or Senior in Industrial Engineering

Communication Skills:

  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds

Other Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Must be highly organized and able to conduct multiple tasks concurrently.
