Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor serves as a primary resource for team members. Duties include: maintaining and enhancing operations by coaching, instructing and coordinating activities for team members in the specific area of responsibility to achieve desired line metrics, and more.

 

Welder

The Welder's main job to to wield fabricated pipe components; meeting product specifications and quality requiremenets by applying appropriate welding techniques. 

 

Polisher

Polish parts according to specifications.  REQUIREMENTS:  Ability to grasp small parts.  Depth perception ability during polishing and inspection processes.  Constant standing in one spot/area for an extended period of time, bending, reaching, lifting, grasping, pushing, pulling and repetitive motions for 8 to 10 hours per day.  Reading, writing and mathematical skills normally acquired through the completion of high school.  Some polishing experience helpful.

 

Team Leaders - Welding, Plating

Serves as primary resource for team members and process leader for specific lines.   Responsibilities include:  maintaining and enhancing operations by instructing and coordinating activities for team members in the specific area of responsibility to achieve desired line metrics, ensuring process quality is maintained and enhanced through following established process protocol.  As assigned, trains new people in quality, safety, and environmental work instructions and provides feedback to Production Supervisor on their performance.   REQUIREMENTS:  High School diploma or GED required. 1 year of related process experience preferred.  Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.  Interpersonal communication skills necessary.

 

Manager, Facilities & Maintenance

Leads and manages maintenance and facilities area, projects, planning and scheduling. REQUIREMENTS: Expected: 4 year degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or equivalent experience (7-10 years). Knowledge/Experience/Skills: 5-10 years experience within manufacturing.  Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical controls, and facilities management.  Ability to lead people.  Maintenance principles and understanding.  Predictive maintenance. Reliability maintenance. Boiler Engineer License, Special Class Engineer or greater desired.

 

Plater

Chrome plate parts according to specifications taken from route sheets and blueprints in a manner which results in high quality, cost effective product finish.  Assist the Plating Supervisor and/or Plating Manager in the management of the waste treatment and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste and maintaining appropriate chemical and metal concentration according with all established local, state and federal permits, regulations and standards.  REQUIREMENTS:  Material movement up to 75 pounds may be required on an occasional basis. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling.  Proven written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to read and interpret blueprints.  Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.  Knowledge of material safety data and related safety procedures.  Related Plating experience helpful.

 

Material Handler

Safely and efficiently move raw and/or finished products throughout the plant.  Assure that all appropriate documentation associated with movement of product/materials is complete and accurate.  Perform tasks including production work given by Manufacturing Manager or Manufacturing Supervisors.  REQUIREMENTS:  Reading, writing and computation skills normally acquired through the completion of high school.  Current forklift license or equivalent experience.  Good organizational skills.  Ability to work independently.  Computer experience.  Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds.  Occasional pushing, pulling, reaching, or lifting.
