Lincoln Industries offers a wide variety of finishing capabilities including nickel chrome, zinc, anodizing and many more. We also have a two exclusive products that only we can provide to you. These are Chromonyx® and Duronyx®.
Chromonyx®
Chromonyx® is Lincoln Industries’ trademark for our black chrome finishing process and product. Chromonyx® offers our customers an alternative to our bright, nickel chrome finish while still providing the same performance characteristics.
The Chromonyx® finish is a four-layer black chrome process: semi-bright nickel, bright nickel, noble nickel and black chrome. The Lincoln Industries four-layer process that produces the Chromonyx® finish provides the same corrosion protection you expect from us. The Chromonyx® finish can be plated on steel or aluminum substrates.
The process that produces Chromonyx® is environmentally friendly because it uses trivalent chromium. Chromonyx® also provides excellent coverage on parts that have deeper recesses and complex geometries.

Duronyx®
Duronyx® is Lincoln Industries’ trademark for our black ceramic coating product. Using our proprietary process, Duronyx® provides a deep, rich black coating that can be used in many applications.
Duronyx® is a ceramic coating that remains stable up to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit. It is corrosion resistant passing well over 96 hours in the salt spray chamber. It is excellent for applications where durability and corrosion resistance are needed. Duronyx® can be applied on steel or aluminum substrates.
The proprietary Duronyx® process uses an electrolytic-deposited base coat that enhances corrosion protection while stabilizing the rich, black color of the ceramic coating. The Duronyx® process extends the life of your product while remaining aesthetically pleasing over time.
