Integrated Finishing Services™ has been a part of Lincoln Industries for over 20 years. It is our philosophy of taking a product that isn’t meeting requirements, breaking it down, looking at it from a new perspective, identifying areas for improvement and then providing a finished product to our customers.

This process can be broken down into several steps:

STEP 6: Production

In the end, Integrated Finishing Services allows us to work with our customers throughout their product life-cycle—development, prototyping, production and service parts—while also streamlining supply chains to optimize performance of products.

Providing innovative solutions takes research and dedication. Today’s technology changes quickly. It takes a dedicated team of professionals to make sure we can offer the latest solutions to your challenges. Our Technology department is in constant contact with our current suppliers for new finishes. They also sit on boards and belong to organizations that share information on new technology. We don’t expect you to be the expert in surface engineering. We will do that for you.

In addition to finding the solutions, you need a company that can invest in the new technology and make it happen. Lincoln Industries is financially sound and secure. We are located on 30 acres and have over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. To make sure your project is brought into production seamlessly, we have an Integration Team that ensures success. Our integration process reviews specifications, manufacturing needs, contingency plans, etc. You can be sure your new project will be on the first production run part.

It is important for you to work with a company that can meet your expectations. The company must have the capability to meet your requirements. At Lincoln Industries, we are capable and reliable.

Our core capability is metal finishing. Other capabilities include ceramic coating, tube fabrication, polishing, packaging, assembly, design support, logistics and warehousing to name just a few. The list doesn’t end there. However, we’re not sure where the list ends. Part of looking at your solution from a new perspective is that we have the scale and the resources to include additional capabilities if they are part of the core solution. We also work with a select group of suppliers who understand the needs of our customers. Together, the future is unlimited.
