Wellness Benefits

The Lincoln Industries Wellness Program was never implemented in order to receive a business return on investment. It arose simply because our leadership firmly believes in the value of physical fitness towards overall employee wellbeing. However, the program has resulted in a number of benefits including lower turnover, lower absenteeism, higher quality, and lower healthcare costs. In addition, employees have reported they are better able to care for themselves and their families and significant cost savings.

Some of the other benefits of the Lincoln Industries Wellness Program:

  • Since 2000, tobacco use has gone from 77% to 23%.
