People Spotlight - Kirk Hazen

Growing up in a family of six in a small Nebraska town, it would have been easy for Kirk Hazen to lead a middle-of-the-road existence.
Fortunately for him, as well as Lincoln Industries and its customers, Kirk chose to follow a path of success—constantly challenging himself to achieve greater things. After becoming a professionally licensed mechanical engineer and spending time in a number of areas of business, he ascended to the position of Quality & Reliability Manager at Lincoln Industries. Here, Mr. Hazen thrives at proactively finding solutions to meet customers‘ needs and enhance satisfaction.
Kirk is a jack-of-all-trades, to say the least. He and his team bring a variety of specialties and expertise to the problem-solving process, which allows them to view challenges from many different angles. Mr. Hazen offers insight into causal analysis, production management, sales and customer service, among other areas. His wide range of experience is key to rapidly meeting customer challenges or, as is often the case, solving issues before they become problematic.
Although he spends a great deal of time analyzing customer data and examining challenges, one of Kirk’s favorite aspects of working at Lincoln Industries is building relationships with both coworkers and customers. He also enjoys the opportunities for personal and professional growth that a career at Lincoln Industries presents. When he’s not helping customers reach new levels of success, Kirk likes to play sports and spend time with his wife, Natalie, and daughter, Kensington.
Anyone who knows Kirk Hazen is well aware of his problem-solving abilities, work ethic and attention to detail, but no one, perhaps, benefits more from this multi-talented individual than Lincoln Industries’ customers. It gives us great confidence to have him working towards our success and we hope our customers feel the same way.
