Frank Cooper said it best when he said “I’ve grown with the company.” 24 years ago Frank started at Lincoln Industries then a year later married his wife. In those 24 years Frank has seen many changes in both his personal and work life.
When he started at Lincoln Industries Frank worked on a couple different plating lines then quickly changed roles so he was taking care of everything for customers. As parts came in, he made sure he understood the customer’s requirements. Then he would polish, plate, package, and ship the product. And often times he would even collect the money for the order. This is one of the reasons why Frank is a valuable resource at Lincoln Industries today.
Frank has a more specialized role today as an Integration Technician. Every day he faces new challenges and that’s why he loves this job. As an integration technician he works on prototyping and developing new processes. When developing new process he helps in the preparation of Visual Work Instruction and then trains floor operators on the new process. He is a wealth of knowledge. As a result, many times others will come to him to troubleshoot existing products as well.
Frank’s professional path took him from a wide range of activities to very specific details of the process. He has seen some changes to his personal life over the last 24 years, as well. He started a family shortly after he began with Lincoln Industries and now he has a high school and college graduate. He is also a long time leader in Boy Scouts of America.
Frank has seen many changes throughout the years at Lincoln Industries but he loves the challenges that each day brings and is always looking for the best solution for customers.
