Exceptional Service

Large manufacturing companies demand exceptional service. This includes standard metrics including on-time delivery and quality. At Lincoln Industries, they also include responding quickly to questions or concerns, managing expedited orders, providing design support and keeping an open line of communication.

It is important for our customers to give us honest feedback on our performance. That is why we have contracted with Gallup for over 16 years to conduct a customer satisfaction survey. When responding to their overall satisfaction with Lincoln Industries, customers gave a mean score of 3.74 on a 5 point scale. When asked if they will continue to choose Lincoln Industries in the future, customers report a score of 3.9. And if they are likely to recommend Lincoln Industries to another colleague or business partner, the mean score was 4.0 on a 5.0 scale. When individual feedback is given, we find out what we’re doing well to make sure we grow with these strengths. If there are areas for improvement, we strive to work toward those improvements.

The culture at Lincoln Industries is also essential to the exceptional service provided by Lincoln Industries. Our award-winning workplace wellness program keeps our people healthy and engaged in their work. Since 2000, tobacco use at Lincoln Industries has gone from 77% to 23% in 2008. The average cost of health care per person is almost $10,000. At Lincoln Industries, it is just over $3,500. This means our people are at work, have a healthy perspective to life and work and are able to provide our customer exceptional service.
