Lincoln Industries selects Knudson and Rigoni

Lincoln Industries is pleased to announce the selections of Kassy Knudson as vice president, people resources, and Brandon Rigoni as vice president, business development.


Knudson joined Lincoln Industries in 2010 and has served in multiple areas of the business including marketing, sourcing, operations, people resources, business development, and recently leading marketing and Khrome Werks. Knudson represents the third generation of the LeBaron family at Lincoln Industries. Her grandfather, Dale LeBaron, founded the company 65 years ago. Her father, Marc LeBaron, is the current chairman and CEO. Knudson's understanding of the Lincoln Industries business and unique understanding of the culture brings a high sense of people focus to this role. Prior to Lincoln Industries, Knudson was an account representative at Sandhills Publishing in Lincoln. Knudson is a 2008 graduate of the University of Nebraska with a degree in biology and minor in biochemistry. She will be responsible for leading the people resources team.


Rigoni will oversee business development, innovation, commercial sales, marketing, and branded products, developing strategies for sales growth in each segment. He joins Lincoln Industries after spending the last four years with The Gallup Organization, most recently as a practice leader and managing consultant. He has worked with clients in manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, hospitality, retail, and the financial services industries, including multiple Fortune 500 companies, and his work has been featured in books, peer-reviewed academic journals and popular press publications including Forbes, Harvard Business Review and ESPN The Magazine. Rigoni earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees from the UNL neuroscience program in psychology with a minor in management and achieved Three-Time 1st Team Academic All-Big XII Honors, was named Team Co-Most Valuable Player, and elected team captain while playing for the University of Nebraska football team.
