Lincoln Industries names Bill Ellerbee as President

Lincoln Industries is pleased to announce appointment of Bill Ellerbee as the company’s president.

Ellerbee has served as the company’s vice president of operations for the last eight years where he managed five departments and was responsible for leading operations at Lincoln and Lincoln Industries’ Pine Island location.

Ellerbee has been essential in supporting Lincoln Industries growth strategy and maintaining a strong customer service model.

Over the last 26 years Ellerbee has held key roles within sales, procurement, and operations teams.  Prior to Lincoln Industries he was vice president of global operations with Federal Signal Corporation in University Park, Illinois.  Ellerbee spent 16 years with Maytag Appliances in Newton, Iowa in various roles.  He implemented lean initiatives in various manufacturing locations and has been a key influencer of business growth strategies and execution.

Ellerbee is a Hastings, Nebraska native and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Ellerbee and his wife, Diane, and their six children moved to Lincoln from Illinois.

“We have made Lincoln our home and are excited about this continued opportunity,” said Ellerbee. “I’ve worked with some great teams over the last 26 years, and I believe this team at Lincoln Industries the most talented and strongest. I look forward to continuing to grow my relationship with all Lincoln Industries people.”

Chairman and CEO, Marc LeBaron believes Ellerbee’s talent for leading people and previous experience makes him a great fit for this role.

“We are confident in Bill’s commitment to our culture and his understanding of our business processes,” said LeBaron.  “This is evident by the trust our people already have in his leadership.  Bill is aligned on both the vision and future of our company and will bring tremendous opportunities for Lincoln Industries.”
